My name is Delfina, I am a 39 Argentinian but, I have been living in Madrid for almost 20 years. I live on my own on a nice detached house 45 min from the city center. I am sporty person who breaths volleyball. I also, enjoy reading and deep conversations.

Help
I basically would love someone who can come for a few weeks and help me practice my Italian. I do not need any help with house maintenance at all (we will share chores for sure). I work as a teacher and can normally give anyone a lift to the train station to Madrid downtown in the morning. What I need is an independent person that maybe would enjoy the peace of my place, the terrace, the view while I am not at home and then chat to me and make sure that I improve my Italian. I will provide just the room and house expenses (wifi, electricity and that kind of things). I can help with giving a ride to the supermarket once a week since there is not a place walking distance. The nearest bus stop is 1 km away. Also, I need to say that at home lights and noise from common areas need to go off by 11pm.

Accommodation
Individual room with double bed. I have a two bathrooms, however one is a toilet so we need to share the shower. As I said I live alone and the house has plenty of space. Big terrace, with great view. A lot of green areas around. If you need to retire from a city this is our place. Also, heat will be at 19C and chimney will be used if needed on a regular bases. (You wont freeze, I promise). Common areas include: living room, kitchen, my studio when I d not use it., big terrace. Please no smokers, healthy individuals.

If you are a party person this is not your workaway. If you are writing your book or working remotely or would be okay with going to the city a few times but will enjoy a quite place, this is a workaway.
