IMPORTANT NOTE : Our season will start from the 1st of May 2023 and will last till mid October.
PLEASE ONLY APPLICANTS THAT CAN MAKE FROM. JULY TILL OCTOBER
We are a small and ancient country hotel, opening from begin May till mid October, located in the middle of Tuscan Maremma . We do have guests coming all over Europe (mostly German) to experience the real Tuscany with the wilderness of our territory and with the local organic cuisine of our restaurant.
Preferred EU residents applicants (due to easiness of employment rules within the EU) or with working permit in Italy
The candidate will be receiving accommodation and wage for job done, according to Workaway rules and regulations, complying with Italian labor laws. We will have a contract for employment, as per Italian laws.

Our travellers could experience the beauty of Tuscan lifestyle, the cooperation with other workers, the interaction with guests from all over the world and enjoy a beautiful part of Maremma.
The people will be working hand in hand with our team, sharing working experience in a friendly and homely environment like a big family. The apartment with independent bedrooms, is shared in a local family, very kind people and having also the independency whenever wanted.
VERY IMPORTANT TO BE SELFSUFFICENT IN TRANSPORT ( the apartment is about 10km from our place)Host offers payment in line with the minimum wage

Help
During the next season, we might need few positions :
- RECEPTIONIST - General and standard reception duties, including breakfast assistance in the morning shift. About 6,5 hrs a day, 6 days a week. COMPULSORY IN THIS POSITION A GOOD ITALIAN LEVEL AND FLUENT ENGLISH.
- ENTRY LEVEL WAITRESS - For general waitressing in the internal small restaurant, even little experience, normally 4/5 hours in the evening, 5/6 days a week
- KITCHEN HELP - General help, dish washing, helping the cook if needed, even little experience. Normally 3/4 hours in the evening, 5/6 days a week
The candidate will be receiving accommodation and wage for every hour of help, according to Workaway rules and regulations, complying with Italian labor laws

We're in a beautiful part of Tuscany, in the radius of 20 km, you can enjoy the seaside, the history of the ancient towns and our mountains. Grosseto is a nice city of about 100K people, we have Saturnia spa about 45 minutes from our place and countless historical locations with a wide selection of wine region from Morellino di Scansano to Montalcino wines and many many others.
